Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by NEC 1460/79 LTD., a Texas limited partnership, whose
address is 4200 N. Lamar Blvd., Suite 200. Austin, Texas 78756, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a Waterline
Easement recorded in Document No. 2005068799 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County.
Texas, encumbering the below-described property, to-wit:
Being a 0.009 acre(400 square feet)tract of land, more or less,out of Lot 7, Block A, Palm
Valley Market Center, Section 2, recorded in Cabinet AA, Slides 315-317, Plat Records,
Williamson County, Texas; said 0.009 acre tract being more particularly described by
metes and bounds and by sketch as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
