Current Cataloging Service
The Backstage Current Cataloging Service is authority control for your new bibliographic records.They may be submitted in
batches on whatever schedule you prefer.Deliverables include bibliographic records upgraded by authority control
processing,authority records not already in your authority file that match the headings in your new bibliographic records,
and authority records previously distributed that have been updated by the Library of Congress.
Periodic Batch Processing
Schedule daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly,semiannually,or annually.Minimum charge,$275 per batch.

Authority Control Notification Service
The Backstage Authority Control Notification Service keeps your authority files up to date by periodically checking your
records against current editions of the authority databases you've chosen.When authority records are updated,replaced,or
deleted,Backstage will alert you of the changes and supply the updated records.Because they serve complementary
functions,we recommend the Notification Service be used in conjunction with the Current Cataloging Service.
These prices are based on a database size between 300,001 and 400,000 bibliographic records.

TERMS&CONDITIONS:
1.All prices are in US dollars. Pricing is valid for 90 days from the issue date of the quote. Upon signature, pricing is valid for
the course of the project up to 12 months from the date of signature. Ongoing projects and services are renewable on an
annual basis,at which time pricing will be reviewed.
2. Unit prices are firm.The final invoice will reflect the actual number of units processed. On-site projects are subject to a
minimum cost based on units if the completed project results in fewer than 80%of expected units.
3. If,during production, Backstage Library Works determines that the sample or other information given by the Client does
not accurately reflect the actual composition of the collection,the pricing may be re-negotiated.
4. Payment terms: 100%invoiced upon batch completion. For contracts over$20,000, 30%down payment,which will be
applied to each invoice, reducing each invoice by 30%until the down payment is depleted.Terms are net 30 days. Interest
may be charged on past due accounts.
5.All taxes, if any,are the responsibility of the Client.
6. Backstage Library Works may include Client institution name and a brief, factual project description in customer lists and
related content for the purpose of identifying users of Backstage services. Backstage will request and secure Client's
permission before using Client's institutional or professional identity in any way that may imply endorsement of Backstage,
such as quotations, case studies, or references. Client may revoke these permissions upon written notice to Backstage.
7. Please send signed pricing agreements, purchase orders,contracts,or payment notices to your Backstage Account
Representative.
The parties agree to the attached proposed pricing.
