THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services Related to Investment Advisory Services with Valley View
Consulting, L.L.C.," hereinafter called "Supplemental Agreement No. 2," is made by and
between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, with offices
located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664-5299 hereinafter called the "City,"
and VALLEY VIEW CONSULTING, L.L.C., with offices located at 2428 Carters Mill Road,
Huddleston, Virginia 24104, hereinafter called the"Consultant."
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant executed the referenced "City of Round Rock
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services Related to Investment Advisory Services,"
hereinafter called the"Agreement," by Resolution No. R-2021-247; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1.01 of the Agreement, the initial term of the
Agreement was for twenty-four (24) months from the effective date thereof with two (2)
allowable successive twenty-four(24)month renewal periods; and
WHEREAS, the parties previously extended the term of the Agreement for the first of
two (2) allowable consecutive twenty-four (24) month renewal terms by Resolution No. 2023-
264; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement for the second and
final of two (2) allowable consecutive twenty-four(24) month renewal terms; and
WHEREAS, the new and final renewal term shall become effective as of September 9,
2025, upon execution of this Suplemental Agreement No. 2; and
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, and in consideration of the mutual promises
and obligations in the Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 2,the City and Services
Provider agree as follows:

I.
Pursuant to Section 1.01 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement is renewed for the
second allowable twenty-four (24) month renewal period. The twenty-four (24) month renewal
term shall commence upon expiration of the first renewal term of the Agreement on September
9, 2025.
II.
This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 embodies the second and final of two (2) allowable
twenty-four (24) month renewal periods and shall extend the original Agreement as to time only
with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Services Provider have executed this
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both
parties.
