TO CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FIRM: HALFF ASSOCIATES, INC.

PROJECT: Deep Wood Drive Extension
This Supplemental Contract No. 1 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between
Halff Associates, Inc., hereinafter
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter
14th day of August, 2025 for the Deep Wood Drive Extension Project
in the amount of $831,222.77; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to modify the provisions for the scope
of services and to increase the compensation by $14,790.00 to a total of $846,012.77;
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract is
amended as follows:
I.
Article 2, Engineering Services and Exhibit B, Engineering Services shall be amended as set forth
in the attached Addendum to Exhibit B.
II.
Article 4, Compensation and Exhibit D, Fee Schedule shall be amended by increasing by
$14,790.00 the lump sum amount payable under the Contract for a total of $846,012.77, as shown
by the attached Addendum to Exhibit D.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Engineer have executed this Supplemental Contract
in duplicate.

ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT B
Engineering Services
DEEP WOOD DRIVE EXTENSION
CAMPO FUNDING CALL
FROM RM 620 TO SAM BASS RD.
The Engineer shall provide professional services for preparation of CAMPO application.
Engineer will provide services described in further detail as follows:
Task 1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Project Administration
The Project Manager shall communicate with the city project manager.
Keep records of project correspondence and make such records available to
the city as needed.
2. Monthly Progress and Invoice
Create and submit monthly invoices with standard city invoice format/forms.
Add task to the monthly progress report included with the invoice.
Task 2. CAMPO Application Preparation
1. Grant application preparation
Prepare and upload the information and data required for the Online Project
Application Form on the campotexas.org website.
Address comments received from the city and have ready for submittal on or
before the January 30, 2026 deadline.
The Engineer will perform the services to be provided under this agreement out of the
