The Soundstripe Terms of Use, located at https://www.soundstril2e.com/terms-of-use ("Terms of Use"), are
incorporated herein by reference. This license, Soundstripe's website privacy policy, and the Terms of Use contain
the entire agreement of the parties. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Terms of Use and this
license, this license shall prevail. This license may be modified only by a written agreement executed by both
parties. The term of this License is the period set forth on page one and will automatically renew for additional
periods of one year under the then-current Terms of Use at the then current Fees applicable to similarly situated
users, unless either party provides at least thirty(30)days' notice of termination.All Fees are due within thirty days
of the Effective Date(or the anniversary thereof for renewal terms).
