THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services for the Development of Custom Written Examinations and
Assessment Centers for Firefighters and Police Officers" called "Supplemental Agreement No.
1," is made by and between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality,
with offices located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664-5299 (referred to herein
as the "City"), and URE CONSULTING GROUP, LLC, whose offices are located at 15101
Falcon Drive,Austin, Texas 78734 (referred to herein as the "Consultant").
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant previously executed the referenced "City of Round
Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services for the Development of Custom Written
Examinations and Assessment Centers for Firefighters and Police Officers," hereinafter called
the "Agreement'on March 4, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement states that the total amount of costs to be paid to Consultant
shall not exceed$49,000.00 for the term of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties previously executed Supplemental increased the Contract
Amount by an additional $51,000.00 for a total not-to-exceed amount of$100,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to further increase the Contract Amount by an additional
$15,000.00 as set forth herein;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 2, the City and Consultant agree that said
Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows:

I.
Section 4.0, Contract Amount, is amended to read as follows:
A. In consideration for the professional consulting services to be performed by
Consultant, City agrees to pay Consultant an amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Fifteen
Thousand and No/100 Dollars($115,000.00) for the term of this Agreement.
II.
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall amend the original Agreement only as set forth
herein with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Consultant have executed this Supplemental
Agreement No. 2 to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
