Rock,Texas 78664,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars($10.00)and other good
and valuable consideration paid by SCOTT FELDER HOMES,LLC,a Texas limited liability company,
whose address is 6414 River Place Blvd., Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78730,the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Storm Sewer
and Drainage Easement recorded in Document No. 2021163633 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, as shown in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose,and which easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.

utilities contemplated herein. Prior to granting its consent for other easements, Grantee may
reasonable safeguards to protect the integrity of the utilities and Facilities thereon.
Grantor further grants to Grantee:
(a) the right to install additional Facilities in the Easement Area; ('(7 >

fills for such grading into and on the land along and outside th Area to such
extent as Grantee may find reasonably necessary;
(c) the right of ingress to and egress from the Easement r an across Grantor's

provided that such right of ingress and egress shall ol-c nd any portion of Grantor's

ise interfere with the exercise of Grantee's rights hereunder,provided,
ver, all trees which Grantee is hereby authorized to cut and remove, if valuable

re t ood shall be burned or removed by Grantee;

p ' ided that such markers shall be placed in fences or other locations which will not
rfere with any reasonable use Grantor shall make of the Easement Area;

(b) Grantee shall promptly backfill any trench made by it on the Easement Area and repair ny
damage it shall do to Grantors private roads or lanes on the lands.

Grantor hereby dedicates the easement as drainage and storm sewer easeme ifiror urposes
stated herein.
