Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project
Dear Brooks:
This Supplemental Engagement Letter amends the agreement for payment of fees and
expenses described in our engagement letter dated October 31, 2025. The remaining terms and
conditions contained in the October 31, 2025 engagement letter not specifically described herein
remain in effect and are incorporated as if fully set forth herein. ,
This engagement will be limited to a not-to-exceed budgeted amount of $50,000.00.
Should our scope expand, or should the existing, limited scope approach this amended not-to-
exceed budget, we will submit an additional supplemental or amended engagement letter for
review and approval by the City Manager for the City of Round Rock, Texas. As we have added
new employees to the firm since our last engagement letter, I've attached an updated rate sheet
with all current employees for your records.
If you have any questions about the terms of this supplemental engagement, please let me
know immediately. We request that you sign and date in the space provided below and return a
copy of this letter to reflect that you are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions of this
representation.
