PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT/CONTRACT
THIS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT is executed and entered into effect on February 5,2026,by
and between KEITH FRANK & THE SOILEAU ZYDECO BAND, hereafter referred to as
ARTIST, and Rick Atkins,hereafter referred to as PURCHASER. The ARTIST agrees to perform for the PURCHASER
under the following terms and conditions:
EVENT: Round Rock Juneteenth Festival 2026
LOCATION: 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd.
Round Rock, TX 78665
DATE/TIME: 6-20-26/8:30 pm- 10 pm
PERFORMANCE: Artist agrees to a 90 minute performance (Set to begin at: 8:30 pm).
Keith Frank will be the ONLY zydeco band to perform (unless agreement by Artist).
COMPENSATION: $6,250 DEPOSIT DUE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPTOF
CONTRACT--DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND DUE IN FULL
BEFORE ANY ADVERTISING CAN BEGIN. CASH DUE UPON
ARRIVAL.
$6,250 REMAINING AMOUNT DUE UPON ARRIVAL
The amount of$6,250 CASH is due by the PURCHASER; upon arrival of the ARTIST and
PRIOR to performance taking place). The ARTIST is responsible for paying band members
upon completion of performance, and therefore payment is expected at time of arrival by
PURCHASER.
Deposit should be paid via bank transfer(ACH or Zelle). Banking information to be provided by
Artist.
SOUND/PA SYSTEM/POWER REQUIREMENTS:
*Sound is provided by PURCHASER: Sound must include backline. Backline must consist of full
drum set,guitar amps, and bass amp.
*ARTIST is not responsible for damages to sound or equipment if provided by PURCHASER.
ARTIST shall not be held liable. PURCHASER agrees to waive all rights to pursue legal action, if
damages should occur.

ACCOMODATIONS: The PURCHASER will provide food and refreshments for the ARTIST(and all
members of band). Refreshments include: water,soda,and Powerade/Gatorade
- No Alcohol. Purchaser will ensure ample parking available for band near
stage or entrance to stage prior to band's arrival. Purchaser will provide 5
rooms of Holiday Inn quality. Purchaser will ensure ample parking available
for band near stage or entrance to stage prior to band's arrival. Purchaser will
ensure a clear path to stage for equipment setup with ample security.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If performance is scheduled outdoors,a covered stage is REQUIRED. It is
ultimately the decision of the ARTIST to judge in good faith whether or not
personal safety or property are threatened or compromised by threatening or
inclement weather. If the performance is canceled due to inclement weather,
ARTIST shall be entitled to full payment. If time permits, engagement can be
moved to an alternate location, but performance time as stated on the face of this
contract will not be extended to accommodate a change of venue unless
ARTIST agrees to do so. If ARTIST is informed of reschedule 30 days or less
prior to event date, full balance is due.
CDs/MERCHANDISE: The ARTIST is allowed to sell CDs and other artist branded merchandise
SECURITY: PURCHASER to provide three(3) law enforcement/security officers present to
provide safety for band members and attendees during performance.
By signing this contract, the purchaser hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
Failure to adhere to any of the terms immediately voids the contract, and the ARTIST is due the entire
agreed compensation,while not being obligated to perform.
