WHEREAS,the City of Round Rock("City") desires to purchase cellular and data service from
AT&T Enterprises,LLC, and
WHEREAS, the City is a member of Department of Information Resources ("DIR"), a
cooperative purchasing program, and
WHEREAS, AT&T Enterprises, LLC is an approved vendor of DIR, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase cellular and data services from AT&T Enterprises,
LLC through DIR Contract No.DIR-TELE-CTSA-002("Contract")and the attached Second Addendum
to said DIR Contract ("Addendum"), Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS,

That the Council approves the purchase of cellular and data services from AT&T Enterprises,
LLC through DIR Contract No. DIR-TELE-CTSA-002 and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City the Addendum to the DIR Contract, a copy of said Addendum
being attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated herein.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date,hour,place and subject
of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were
discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551,
Texas Government Code, as amended.

A
Second Addendum to the
Department of Information Resources Agreement
Between the City of Round Rock and
AT&T Enterprises, LLC.
This Second Addendum to Contract DIR-TELE-CTSA-002, effective as of the first date
when it has been signed by both parties hereto (the"Effective Date") is made by and between the
CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS,a Texas home-rule municipality,whose offices are located at
221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664-5299, hereinafter called "City," and AT&T
ENTERPRISES, LLC., whose offices are located at One AT&T Way, Bedminster, NJ,
hereinafter called"AT&T Enterprises, LLC."
WHEREAS, the City previously purchased cellular and data service from AT&T
Enterprises, LLC. through Contract No. DIR-TELE-CTSA-002 between AT&T Enterprises,
LLC. and the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources
("DIR") available as of the Effective Date at https://dir.texas.gov/contracts/dir-tele-ctsa-002 and
an Addendum to the DIR Agreement by Resolution No. R-2023-003 approved by the City on
January 12,2023; and
WHEREAS,AT&T Enterprises, LLC.continues to be an approved Vendor through DIR
Contract No. DIR TELE-CTSA-002; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the costs by an additional $1,250,000.00 and
extend the term of the Agreement for an additional two(2)years; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions set forth in DIR Contract No. DIR-TELE-
CTSA-002, the Addendum, and this Second Addendum shall comprise the total agreement
between the City and AT&T Enterprises, LLC. ("Agreement");
NOW THEREFORE,premises considered, and in consideration of the mutual
promises and obligations in the Agreement,the City and AT&T Enterprises, LLC. agree as
follows:
I.
Term:
The termination date of this Agreement shall be extended to November 5, 2027.
Costs:
The amount that the City shall be authorized to pay AT&T Enterprises, LLC. for the term of
the Agreement shall be increased from an amount not-to-exceed$625,000.00 for the term of the
Agreement to an amount not-to-exceed$1,875,000.00.
H.
The City and AT&T Enterprises, LLC. agree to the terms and conditions set forth above in
this Second Addendum as demonstrated by their signatures as follows:
