That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson,State of Texas("Releasor"),with mailing address of 221 East Main Street,Round
Rock,Texas 78664,for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars($10.00)and other good
and valuable consideration paid by CHRISTIAN HORAZECK, whose address is 1012 Long Cv, Round
Rock,Texas 78664,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of the 5' Telephone Easement recorded in Cabinet L, Slide 288,
DOCLlme111 No. 9506029 of the Official Public Records of WilliamSoll County, Texas, encumbering the
below-described property, to-wit:
Being approximately 175 square feet of the 5' Telephone Easement, being a portion of
Forest Creek Phase 2, Lot 13, Amended Plat of Lots 13 & 14 Forest Creek, Phase Two,
recorded in Cabinet L, Slide 288, of the Official Public Records of Williamson County,
Texas; said 175 square foot portion of the 5' Telephone Easement being more fully
described and depicted by the exhibits attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B,"
each of which is incorporated herein 1'or all pUuposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of the easernent to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,
te7rrination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no f irther
effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Roun� Rock, Texas has caused this instrument to be

consideration of One Dollar($1.00)and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,does
by these presents ABANDON, RELEASE, RELINQUISH AN D DISCLAIM to GRANTEE,as is, all or a specific portion
