This agreement is mutually agreed upon by Spinderella Ent. LLC (Talent) and City of Round
Rock, TX. (Purchaser)for June 20th, 2026 in Round Rock, TX.
Terms set forth hereunder are confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law between the
Purchaser and Talent. Purchaser agrees not to discuss, unless required by law, any dealings of
negotiated salary, work schedule, travel or any other logistical arrangements with any agent(s),
promoter or parties outside of talent and designated representative.
Under the conditions detailed in this agreement, Spinderella shall provide DJ services for:

Fee: $10,500.00 USD

Financial Requirements
A 50 percent deposit of$5,250.00USD is due immediately upon signing of this agreement. The
wire transfer or ACH must be made into the Spinderella Ent. LLC account. THE PURCHASER
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SENDING AND WIRING COSTS. The remaining balance of
$5,250.00 USD must be paid by wire or ACH 2 business days prior to the event. No Exceptions!
No promotion of this event shall be made until after agreement is signed and deposit is
received by Talent. All promotional material, flyers, and internet press must be approved
before being published.

Flat clean surface at waist level for computer. A high table, turntable coffin or other surface of
close distance to the equipment is fine.
Liability Insurance
If the venue requires liability insurance for the Artist to perform, the promoter is responsible for
all costs associated with acquiring a policy for the Artists and her travel party if necessary.
Hospitality
Purchaser shall provide all amenities for the Talent and their management during the
performance, including food, and a designated VIP table and VIP list for their guests. If the
venue has a private dressing room, it shall be made available for the artist.
Hospitality shall include:
Coffee/Green Tea w cream, honey, lemon.
12 Voss bottled waters
6 Red Bull
Cranberry juice
Bucket of Ice
Fresh Fruit plate
Charcuterie Board
Mix of Hot and Lemon Pepper Wings with
Security
Security shall be provided by the venue upon arrival at the venue. A Security person shall be
with Talent at all times during her performance or at Talent's choosing.
Cancellation
If the scheduled event is cancelled or if the terms of this agreement are not fully met, all
deposits will be forfeited to the Artist. If the event is cancelled due to Covid or other natural
events, deposits will not be returned, but Spinderella will honor original agreement if
rescheduling is necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform under this Agreement when such failure is
due to causes beyond the that parry's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of
God or of the public enemy, fire or explosion, flood, earthquake, actions of the elements, natural
catastrophe, accidents, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, quarantine, strikes, lockouts, disputes
with workers or other labor disturbances, curtailment of transportation facilities, governmental
authority regulation, acts, advisories, or requests, pandemic, epidemic, and prolonged
shortages of energy, or any other emergency of comparable nature making it impossible, illegal,
or commercially impracticable for either party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, in
whole or in part. The affected party may revise the event details, including but not limited to date
and location of this Agreement without liability upon written notice to the other party within ten
(10)days of the occurrence. Upon either party's timely election of this provision, any deposits
made shall be utilized for the rescheduled event as well as any other advance funds for services
that Party has not yet performed.
Acceptance
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with
respect to the subject matter hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
Agreement as of the date set forth above.
