AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT
The parties to this condemnation lawsuit have agreed to compromise and settle all issues
herein and request the entry of this Agreed Final Judgment by the Court. It appears to the Court
that it has jurisdiction of this matter, the parties have agreed to all provisions contained within
this Agreed Final Judgment,and the parties desire to resolve this lawsuit,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that fee simple title in
and to approximately 0.164 acres (Parcel 14) of land in Williamson County, Texas and being
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
purposes (the "R.O.W."), and additional rights or encumbrances as further described in
Plaintiff's Original Petition filed among the papers of this cause on or about November 1, 2023,
and any subsequent amendments thereto; be vested to CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, and
its assigns for the construction, reconstruction, realignment, widening, and/or maintaining of
improvements to the Red Bud Lane roadway improvement project and related drainage, utilities
and appurtenances, and to perform associated public use and purposes.
It is further ORDERED that in complete satisfaction of any and all claims which have
been made, or which could have been made in this litigation, including both the Property to be
acquired and damages, if any, to any remaining property of Condemnee, that Condemnee shall
recover from Condemnor the total sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS
($70,000.00)of which total amount the parties agree:

1. The amount of FIFTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($50,997.00) was previously paid to Condemnee, pursuant to the
Possession and Use Agreement recorded as Document No. 2024025598 in the
Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; and
2. Therefore, the remaining amount owed by the City is the amount of NINETEEN
THOUSAND THREE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($19,003.00). The City will issue
payment of the remaining $19,003.00 to Plaintiffs' Counsel by check within thirty
(30) days of final entry and execution of the Agreed Final Judgment. The check
should be made out to "Braun & Gresham, PLLC, do Jeannie M. McCulloch." It
should be mailed to Defendant's counsel's office located at 14101 Hwy 290 West,
Suite 1100, Austin, Texas 78737.
It is further ORDERED that all costs be assessed against Condemnor.
This Agreed Final Judgment is intended by the parties to fully and finally dispose of all
claims,parties, and issues in this lawsuit.

BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a 1/2 inch iron rod found, being an angle point in the
southerly boundary line of that called 1.008 acre tract of land in a Special Warranty Deed to
Terrill G. Sladek recorded in Document No. 2019040323, and described in Document No.
2011009128, of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, same being the
northerly boundary line of said 1.429 acre tract;
THENCE, with the common boundary line of said 1.008 acre tract, and said 1.429 acre tract,
S 88°36'03" E, for a distance of 86.43 feet to an iron rod with aluminum cap stamped "CORR
ROW 5630" set 49.50 feet left of Red Bud Lane Baseline Station 89+39.19 (Grid Coordinates
determined as N=10;162,504.45,,E=3;152,802.64 (TxSPC Zone 4203) in the proposed westerly
Right-of-Way (ROVV) line of Red Bud Lane (ROW width varies), for the northwesterly corner and
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel;
1) THENCE, S 88°36'03" E, departing said proposed westerly ROW line, and continuing
with the common boundary line of said 1.429 acre tract and said 1.008 acre tract, for a
distance of 23.87 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found in the existing westerly ROW line of
Red Bud Lane (ROW width varies), being the northeasterly corner of said 1.429 acre
tract, same being the southeasterly corner of said 1.008 acre tract, for the northeasterly
corner of the herein described parcel;
2) THENCE, 02°29'59" E, with said existing westerly ROW line, same being the easterly

southerly line of said 1.429 acre tract, for a distance of 25.04 feet to an iron rod with
aluminum cap stamped "CORR ROW 5630" set, 51.08 feet left of Red Bud Lane
Baseline Station 86+19.39, in said westerly proposed ROW line, being the northeasterly
