WHEREAS,the City of Round Rock("City")has previously entered into"Agreement Between
the City of Round Rock and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC for Professional Consulting Services Related to
Mental Health Services" ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, City and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC desire to increase the Contract Amount by an
additional $130,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into said Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with
Vulpine Resilience, PLLC, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City Supplemental
Agreement No. 1 to "Agreement Between the City of Round Rock and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC for
Professional Consulting Services Related to Mental Health Services," a copy of same being attached
hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date,hour,place and subject
of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were
discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551,
Texas Government Code, as amended.

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 to "Agreement between the City of
Round Rock and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC for Professional Consulting Services Related to
Mental Health Services," hereinafter called "Supplemental Agreement No. 1," is made by and
between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, Texas, a home-rule municipality, with offices located at
221 East Main Street, Round Rock Texas, 78664, hereinafter called the "City" and VULPINE
RESILIENCE, PLLC, with offices located at 921 West New Hope Drive, Suite 502, Cedar Park,
Texas 78613 hereinafter called the"Consultant."
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant previously executed the referenced "Agreement
between the City of Round Rock and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC for Professional Consulting
Services Related to Mental Health Services" for the provision of mental health services,
hereinafter called the"Agreement;" and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant agree to add costs for additional services in the
amount of$130,000.00; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the City and Consultant agree that said
Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows:
I.
1.0. CONTRACT AMOUNT
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall increase the total compensation set forth in
Section 4.0 of the Agreement by $130,000.00 for a not-to-exceed total of$280,000.00 for the
term of the Agreement.
II.
2.0 AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall amend the original Agreement only as set forth
herein with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Consultant have executed this Supplemental
Agreement to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
