AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK
AND
THE MEADOWS AT CHANDLER CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT
This Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of Round Rock and the Meadows at Chandler Creek
Municipal Utility District,(herein,the"Amendment,")is entered into this 116*"'day of June,2026,by and
between the City of Round Rock,Texas(the"City")and The Meadows at Chandler Creek Municipal Utility
District(the"District").
RECITALS
WHEREAS,the City and the District entered into that one certain Agreement Between the City of Round
Rock and The Meadows at Chandler Creek Municipal Utility District(herein,the"Agreement")which was
first executed by the parties on the 10'x'day of May, 1984, and subsequently re-executed on the 26'day of
June, 1986;and
WHEREAS,the 1986 Agreement was effective from the date of execution for a period of forty(40)years,
thereby expiring on the 26th day of June 2026; and
WHEREAS,the Parties subsequently entered into that one certain First Supplement to Agreement Between
the City of Round Rock and the Meadows at Chandler Creek Municipal Utility District, (herein the "First
Supplement")which was executed by the parties on the 23'day September, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to extend the expiration date of the Agreement, as supplemented, to
December 31,2026,in order to give the Parties additional time to negotiate the renewal of the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE,the Parties wish to amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
1.01 Paragraph 22 of the Agreement is hereby amended so that the expiration date of the Agreement is
extended from June 26,2026 to December 31,2026.

2.01 Except as expressly provided herein, the provisions of the Agreement and the First Supplement
shall remain in full force and effect.
EXECUTED to be effective the 251 day of June,2026.
