SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT NO. 2
TO CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR STORMWATER EMERGENCY SUPPORT 2020-2030
WORK AUTHORIZATION
FIRM: HDR ENGINEERING, INC. ("Engineer")

This Supplemental Contract No. 2 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between
the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City" and HDR Engineering, Inc.,
hereinafter called the "Engineer."
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter
called the "Contract," on the 27th day of March, 2020 for the Stormwater Emergency Support
2020-2024 Project in the amount of$48,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed Supplemental Contract No. l on March 8, 2024 to
amend the Contract term and to modify the fee schedule; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract so that the contract term shall
terminate at the close of business day on March 31, 2030 and to increase the compensation by
$20,000.000 to a total of$68,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE,premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract is
amended as follows:

Article 3, Contract Term shall be amended so that the contract term shall terminate at the close of
business day on March 31, 2030.

Article 4, Compensation and Exhibit C, Fee Schedule shall be amended by increasing by
$20,000.00 the maximum amount payable under the Contract for a total of$68,000.00, as shown
by the attached Addendum to Exhibit C.
