RE: Brushy Creek Wastewater 30 MGD Expansion I Change Order No. 1
We appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance relative to the referenced matter.Spire Consulting Group,
LLC(Spire)is pleased to submit this Change Order No. 1 (Change Order)to the City of Round Rock(Client)
to provide additional services for the City of Round Rock Brushy Creek Wastewater 30 MGD Expansion
project(Project). Spire's additional services consist of the following:
Phase 2A
• Audit
o Evaluation of correspondence and cost reports
o Identification of discrepancies in billing and cost reporting
o Letter of Findings
• Schedule Analysis
o Validation of baseline schedule
o Validation of as-built schedule
o Preliminary delay quantification
• Damages Analysis
o Review of documents related to the City's alleged damages
o Preliminary validation of the City's damage quantification
• Project personnel interviews
• Client progress meetings
Spire will commence additional services upon receipt of this fully executed Change Order. Phase 2A will
be billed hourly up to a not to exceed amount of$50,000. Spire will perform additional serves on a time
and materials basis in accordance with the rate structure specified in the Letter of Engagement dated
April 22, 2026. All terms, conditions and agreements reflected in the Letter of Engagement for Dispute
Resolution Support Services executed between the City of Round Rock and Spire on April 22, 2026
remain in effect and apply to the services provided in this proposed Change Order No. 1 as if they are
incorporated herein.
If the terms and conditions described within this Change Order No. 1 are satisfactory, please indicate by
signing and returning this Change Order No. 1, keeping a copy for your records.
