TO CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FIRM: KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES,INC. ("Engineer")

PROJECT: DB Wood Raw Waterline Relocation
This Supplemental Contract No. 4 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between
the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City" and Kimley-Horn and Associates,
Inc., hereinafter called the "Engineer."
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter
called the"Contract,"on the 15th day of August,2022 for the DB Wood Raw Waterline Relocation
Project in the amount of$26,670.00; and
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed Supplemental Contract No. 1 on February 9, 2023
to amend the scope of services and to increase the compensation by $466,413.41 to a total of
$493,083.41; and
WHEREAS,the City and Engineer executed Supplemental Contract No. 2 on August 23, 2024 to
amend the scope of services and to increase the compensation by $28,185.00 to a total of
$521,268.41; and
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed Supplemental Contract No. 3 on October 24, 2024
to amend the scope of services and to increase the compensation by $7,770.00 to a total of
$529,038.41; and
WHEREAS,it has become necessary to amend the Contract to modify the provisions for the scope
of services and to increase the compensation by $90,100.00 to a total of$619,138.41;
NOW THEREFORE,premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract is
amended as follows:

Article 1, City Services and Exhibit A. City Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Addendum To Exhibit A.
