EVOC Regrading is due to the 8 weeks of substantial rain fall.The subgrade track is needed to be regraded to the original design finished
elevation before placement of new concrete.The Existing Tilt Wall Refinish and Master Meter Installation are CORR GS and CORR Public Works
added scope requests.The Site Perimeter Fencing is needed to keep the animals out of the new track area for safety.ASI 07-Police Shed Air
System was not included in the original drawings and specifications. Fire Hydrant Relocation additional details requested by CORR Engineering
and Inspections Department due to existing burned utilities. The existing Tilt Wall Repair is an existing structural issue from Phase 1.
