C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
C1. Consider approval of the minutes for the May 7, 2015 meeting.
D. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION:
Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may
do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to
by the Charter Review Commission. The Chairman may deny any presenter the opportunity to address
the Charter Review Commission if the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of
those previous made, per §2-26(b)(d), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.
E. PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION/ACTION:
E1. Consider discussion by city staff and Charter Review Commissioners regarding all apsects of
the City Charter and possible amendments to the Charter.
E2. Consider discussion and/or action regarding proposed amendments to the Charter.
E3. Consider discussion and/or action regarding approval of cover letter and final report to the
City Council.
