RESOLUTION NO. R- 00- 07- 13 -10D1
WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock has previously entered into a
contract ( "Contract ") with Cunningham Constructors and Associates for
the construction of a 2.0 million gallon clearwell at the Water
Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to change
said Contract in accordance with the attached Contract Change Order No.
1, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City Contract Change Order No. 1 to the Contract with
Cunningham Constructors and Associates for the construction of a 2.0
million gallon clearwell at the Water Treatment Plant.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of
the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this
Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted
upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, as amended, and the Act.

SUBJECT: City Council Meeting — July 13, 2000
ITEM: 10.D.1. Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Change
Order No. I for the 2.0Mgallon reservoir and High Service Pump
Station Improvements in the amount of $25,783.46. The contractor,
Cunningham Constructors & Associates, was assigned additional work
items including electrical, piping and mechanical changes to the
existing pump station and to the tank. These items were identified
during the course of construction and are essential to the long -term life
of the work. Staff recommends approval. Staff Resource Person: Jim
Nuse, Public Works Director.
