appraisal services related to the acquisition of right -of -way for
County Road 122 (Redbud Lane), and
WHEREAS, Gardner Appraisal Group, Inc. has submitted an agreement
to provide said services, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into said agreement
with Gardner Appraisal Group, Inc., Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City an agreement with Gardner Appraisal Group, Inc.,
related to the acquisition of right -of -way for County Road 122 (Redbud
Lane), a copy of said agreement being attached hereto and incorporated
herein for all purposes.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of
the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this
Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted
upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, as amended, and the Act.

As requested, we offer the following proposal to perform the appraisal services necessary to
prepare 'Market Value' appraisals for partial takings of real estate and, if applicable,
accompanying improvements, which the City of Round Rock is desirous of acquiring for right -
of -way construction of County Road 122 or Redbud Lane in Round Rock, Williamson County,
Texas.
The assignment includes appraising 7 parcels located along the east and west sides of CR 122
in Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas.
The parcelc, ownership, appraisal type and fees are listed below.

Our estimate of the cost to provide the required appraisals will be at the rate of approximately
$1,700 per parcel for the total fee of $12,000. Should this appraisal assignment need revising,
we will recalculate our fee schedule accordingly. We will begin this appraisal assignment
immediately, and we will make every effort to complete the assignment within forty -five days
