I have put together a proposal for providing services to the City of Round Rock to oversee
and administrate the recoating of the referenced project. I plan to work directly under your
supervision which would essentially keep the project specification writing, bidding,
administration and surveillance under the City's umbrella. This process will be
advantageous to the City by creating a closer line of communication and authority over the
project.
This proposal is to prepare bid documents, administrate the bidding process and oversee
the project. I look forward in working with you, as I am quite confident that this project
will be a success. T , k you for the confidence and consideration as always.
