History: The CDBG program has received a decrease in funding. Advocates for domestic
programs must be part of the equation of how best to address our nation's economic
and social problems. Programs like the CDBG program will continue to have a
significant impact on the stability of local governments. It is very important for cities
to show support of the CDBG program to national leaders.
