That the City Manager is hereby authorized to reimburse Catherine
Gayle Teer up to an additional $4,412 in reasonable and necessary
relocation and moving expenses associated with her move from the house
located on Lot 22, South Park Addition.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of
the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this
Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the
public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and
the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted

has offered to reimburse Catherine Gayle Teer, for certain reasonable
and necessary relocation and moving expenses, and

water line in the office above ours, it therefore had to be reproduced and this accounts for the
delay in the payment request.
