RE: City Wide Trail System — Additional Services Authorization (ASA)
Dear James,
As presented in the initial proposal and the previous additional services, the
construction phase services were based on an estimate of the personnel time required to
perform the Scope of Services. However, based on the extent of effort, which was not
initially anticipated, we have exceeded the estimated budget. In the previous additional
services authorization we had proposed to complete the construction phase services on a
hourly basis. We would like for you to consider accepting this proposal of hourly
compensation for the remainder of the project. Below I have estimated the amount of
time required to complete the construction phase of the project.
