KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, by deed dated May 24,
1970, Louis M. Henna conveyed two tracts of land to the City of Round Rock, which
deed is of record in Volume 548, Page 473, Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas,
to which deed and it record reference is made; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of Louis M. Henna that TRACT No. 2
described in such deed adjoin the east and north lines of Lot No. 20 of North
Park No. 3 Addition to the Town of Round Rock in Williamson County, Texas, while
the description described a 25 foot tract along the south line of Lot No. 20 of
} North Park No. 3 to the Town of Round Rock; and
WHEREAS, Louis M. Henna on the one hand and the City of Round Rock
on the other hand, desire to correct the description of Tract No. 2:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Round Rock that its duly
elected Mayor, Robert M. Griffith, is hereby authorized to execute a deed in the
name of the City of Round Rock to LOUIS M. HENNA conveying the following described
property to -wit and making the above mentioned corrections.
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PERMANENT PART OF THIS INSTRUMENT.

Town of Round Rock in Williamson County, Texas, a sub-
division out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract No.
298, situated in Williamson County, Texas, and being
that same property described as TRACT No. 2 in that
deed from Louis M. Henna to the City of Round Rock
dated May 29, 1970, of record in Volume 548, Page 473,
Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas, to which deed
and its record reference is here made for all purposes.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, by deed dated May 24,
1970, Louis M. Henna conveyed two tracts of land to the City of Round Rock,
which deed is of record in Volume 548, Page 473, Deed Records, Williamson
County, Texas, to which deed and its record reference is made; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of Louis M. Henna that TRACT No. 2
described in such deed adjoin the east and north lines of Lot No. 20 of North
Park No. 3 Addition to the Town of Round Rock in Williamson County, Texas,
while the description described a 25 foot tract along the south line of Lot
No. 20 of North Park No. 3 to the Town of Round Rock; and
WHEREAS, Louis M.'Henna on the one hand and the City of Round Rock
on the other hand, desire to correct the description of Tract No. 2:
NOW, THEREFORE:
1. Louis M. Henna of the County of Williamson, State of Texas, not
joined herein by his wife for the reason that the land herein conveyed is not
a part of his homestead, for and in consideration of the City of Round Rock
conveying to him the property hereinafter described, the receipt and suf-
ficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien, either ex-
press or implied, is retained, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant, sell and convey unto the City of Round Rock the following
described property located in Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
0.144 acres of land, more or less, being out of the Wiley
Harris Survey, Abstract No. 298, situated in Williamson
County, Texas, and being a portion of Lot No. 20 of the
North Park Addition No. 3, a subdivision in the City of
Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, according to the
plat of record in Cabinet A, Slide 344 -345 of the Plat
Records, Williamson County, Texas, described by metes
and bounds on Exhibit A, which exhibit is attached here-
to and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property, together with
all and singular the rights and appurtenances hereto in any wise belonging
unto the said City of Round Rock, its successors and assigns, forever; and I
do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to warrant
and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said City of
Round Rock, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any parts thereof, by, through or
under me, but not otherwise.
2. The City of Round Rock, acting by and through its duly elected
and authorized Mayor, Robert M. Griffith, for and in consideration of Louis
M. Henna conveying to it the above described property, the receipt and suffici-
ency of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien, either express
or inplied, is retained, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
does hereby grant, sell and convey unto Louis M. Henna the following described
property located in Williamson County, Texas, to - wit:
A part of Lot 20 of North Park No. 3 Addition to the
Town of Round Rock in Williamson County, Texas, a sub-
division out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract No.
298, situated in Williamson County, Texas, and being
that same property described as TRACT NO. 2 in that
deed from Louis M. Henna to the City of Round Rock
dated May 29, 1970, of record in Volume 548, Page
473, Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas, to which
deed and its record reference is here made for all
purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all
and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto
the said Louis M. Henna, his heirs and assigns, forever; and, it does hereby
bind itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend all
and singular the said premises unto the said Louis M. Henna, his heirs and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the
same, or any parts thereof, by, through or under it, but not otherwise.

EXHIBIT "A"
Field Notes describing a 0.144 acre tract or parcel of land, being an _
L- shaped twenty -five (25) foot strip of land out of the Wiley Harris
Survey, Abstract No. 298, situated in Williamson County, Texas, and
being a portion of Lot No. 20 of the North Park Addition No. 3 as
shown on a Plat of Record recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 344 -345 of the
Williamson County Plat Records, also being a portion of that certain
tract No. 2 conveyed to the City of Round Rock, Texas by Deed recorded
in Volume 548, Page 473 -474 of the Deed Records of said County; said
0.144 acre tract being more fully described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said North Park Addition No.
3, being the common rear lot corner of Lot 19 and Lot 20 of said
subdivision, and the Northwest corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE along the South line of said Lot 19, N70 ° 27'10 "E, 179.60 feet
to a point in the West right -of -way line of Northwest Drive for the
Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along said West right -of -way line, S22 °29'E, 70.10 feet to an
ell corner of said Northwest Drive, also being the Northwest corner
of that certain Tract No. 1, conveyed to the City of Round Rock, Texas,
by Deed recorded in Volume 548, Page 473 of said Deed Records;
THENCE along the West line of said Tract No. 1,'S22 °29'E, 25.00 feet
to a point in the North line of Round Rock Center, Section One, as
shown on a Plat of Record recorded in Cabinet D, Slide 138 -139 of the
Plat Records of said County, also being the Southwest corner of said
Tract No. 1, the Southeast corner of said Tract No. 2, and the South-
east corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line of said Round Rock Center, Section One, •
the following three (3) courses: 1) S67 °22'15 "W, 25.00 feet to an
ell corner of said Round Rock Center, Section One, for the most Southerly
Southwest corner hereof; 2) °29'W, 71.40 feet to an ell corner of
said Round Rock Center, Section One, for an ell corner hereof; 3)
S70 °27'10 "W, 155.77 feet to an ell corner of said Round Rock Center,
Section One, for the most Westerly Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the West line of said Lot 20, N19 °45'15 "W, 25.00 feet
the Point of Beginning of this described tract, containing 0.144 acres
