Dear Bob:
Following Chuey Hinojosa's visit with you, we discussed a possible scope
of work and are submitting herewith a draft contract. We have made every
effort to reduce the cost to absolute minimum. However, in order to assure
a quality project, it is impossible to go below the amount cited.
I hope that we can resolve the issue and undertake the kind of program which
will be most useful to both the City of Round Rock and our academic program,
Needless to say that Chuey and I would look forward to our association with
you. After you have had an opportunity to review this document, please give
me a call.
Sincerely yours,
