R-80-305 - 7/1/1980WHEREAS, the voters of the City of Round Rock, Texas,
have approved the sale of bonds to finance certain water and
sewer system improvements for the 1980 Capital Improvement
Project, and
WHEREAS, the City has duly advertised for bids for the
construction of various phases of said improvements, and
WHEREAS, Delta Electric Construction Co.
submitted the lowest and best bid for the construction of a
phase of said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into a con-
tract with Delta Electric Construction Co. for the
construction of certain improvements for the 1980 Capital
Improvement Project, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
Subject to the form and substance of the contract being
approved by the City Attorney, the Mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City a contract with
