CONCRETE Shall be stone aggregate and test 3000 lbs.
per sq. inch at 28 days (min. 5 sack per yard). Con-
crete slab shalbe poured monolithically with grade
beams and tie beams.
RCCrNGSTF. Shall be deformed new bullet steel
bars in accordance with A. S.T.M. specification A615
Grade 60. All stirrups shall be Grade 40 with stan-
dard
135 hooks. Detailing of reinforcing steel shall
conform to the A.C.I. Detailing Manual. provide
2 - #5 x 1' -O ]top and bottom at all corners and tee
intersections of beams. All hooks and bends in re-
inforcing bars shall conform to A.C.T. Standards
unless shown otherwise. Lap continuous unscheduled
reinfleTcing bars as follows; bottom bars in members
supported by columns or footings - 12" at supports
only; all others - 36 bar diameters. Tack welding of
reinforcing steel will not be per_mited. Reinforcing
steel coverage shall be as follows grade beams - 11
top, 3" bottom, 3" side against earth. Horizontal.
wall steel shall be continuous with 90 bends and 12"
returns along each wall at corners.
P'EFABRICATED BUILDING The design for all pr.efabr -
cated structural componant members shall be the re-
sponsibility of the prefabricated building manufact-
urer. Al building dimensions, anchor bolt setting
and details shall be compatible with the foundation
provided. Any d.' f.erences shall be referred to the
engineer for ins ructions'.
