Campbell and wife, Lillian Marie Campbell, and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, property from TEXAS the Council wishes to release and discharge the all the paving assessment liens, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, t ' 4tS ' ` w - - That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an instrument releasing a paving assessment lien against property owned by J. City of Round R yor ck, Texas THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON WHEREAS, by virtue of an Ordinance passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, on the 18th day of May, 1971, there was levied an assessment against, among other property, the following described property, to -wit: BEING Lot 1, Block 33, City of Round Rock, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof of record in Cabinet 25, Page 314, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and against the real and true owner or owners thereof, named as follows: J. A. Campbell and wife, Lillian Marie Campbell That pursuant to said above - described Ordinance, the City Council caused to be recorded in Vol. 536, Page 26, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and Vol. 29, Page 171, Mechanic's Lien Records of Williamson County, Texas, a Notice of Street Assessment which said instrument is dated May 21, 1971; and WHEREAS, the said J. A. Campbell and wife, Lillian Marie Campbell have paid in full the debt and obligations set forth above and the City of Round Rock, Texas, the owner and holder of such debt, obligation, and lien, has received in full the proper lienable amount for which the said J. A. Campbell and wife, Lillian Marie Campbell were liable under the law; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the full and final payment of all indebtedness secured by the aforesaid lien or liens, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Round Rock, Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, Larry L.
