R-81-413 - 10/8/1981THAT Whereas, on August 31, 1981, by Ordinance No. 923, filed for record in Volume 853, Page 203, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, the City of Round Rock, Texas, did assess a paving lien against certain property located in Williamson County, Texas, which property was more particularly described in Ordinance 928, duly adopted on December 22, 1981, (which Ordinance No. 928 is not filed for record) and which Ordinance No. 923 does pertain to property described as: The property abutting that certain portion of the east frontage road of U. S. Interstate Highway 35 from its intersection with Highway 79 north to its intersection with U. S. Business 81; Whereas, said paving assessment has been fully paid and satisfied and should be released; and Whereas, the undersigned is the CI TY MAAUAG of Round Rock, Texas, and is fully authorized and empowered to execute this Release; Now, therefore, for good and valuable consideration paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Round Rock, Texas, the legal and equitable owner of said paving assessment and liens, hereby releases and discharges the above described real property from said lien or liens.
