R-84-592 - 3/22/1984WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock desires to encourage regionalization of sewer in the Brushy Creek Basin in order to preserve the City's high quality municipal water supply and protect the environmental quality of the Brushy Creek; and WHEREAS, the Brushy Creek WCID has statutory authority to provide regional sewer; and WHEREAS, the Brushy Creek WCID has retained engineers to provide a feasibility study of regional sewer; and WHEREAS, the City has budgeted funds available in the utility fund to participate in the study; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: That the Staff is instructed to disburse $10,000 to the WCID for the purpose of participating in the regional sewer study.
