RESOLUTION NO. 7d 7R
WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock has previously contracted with
Haynie & Kallman, Inc. to provide engineering services for the
construction of the 2.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lake Creek
Interceptor and the Brushy Creek Interceptor, and
WHEREAS, both parties now desire to delete the Brushy Creek
Interceptor from said contract, and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement so amending the contract has been
prepared and executed by Haynie & Kallman, Inc., Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
That the Mayor of the City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City, a letter
agreement amending the contract with Haynie & Kallman, Inc., a copy
of said letter agreement being attached hereto and incorporated
herein for all purposes. /J/

Dear Jack:
As per your instructions, Haynie & Kallman, Inc. agrees
that the new contract total for the 2.5 MGD Wastewater Treat-
ment Plant and the Lake Creek Interceptor is $4,811,000. The
Brushy Creek Interceptor has been deleted from our contract.
