WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock is a member of TML Workers' Compensation
Joint Insurance Fund and TML Joint Self— Insurance Fund; and
WHEREAS, four places on the Board of Trustees are up for election; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Round Rock wishes to participate in the
election of said Board Members; Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
That the City of Round Rock casts its votes for Andres Garza, Jr.,
Georgia Langston, Ed Wagoner and Rutha Waters.

A Board of Trustees composed of 15 members governs the TML Workers'
Compensation Joint Insurance Fund and TML Joint Self- Insurance Fund
(liability and property insurance coverages). Fund members elect four of
the Trustees each year. A complete list of current Board members can be
found on Page 4.
The following four candidates are currently serving on the Board of Trustees
and are up for re- election. Please consider the four candidates listed and
indicate your choices by placing a check in the appropriate slot on the
attached ballot. A space is provided for any write -in candidates you wish
to submit.

Council has been requested to respond to the attached ballot and to return a

last week and has not determined if any "write -in" candidates are being considered.
