WHEREAS, there is certain equipment at the water treatment
plant that is no longer of use to the City of Round Rock, and;
WHEREAS, it would be desirable to remove this equipment from
the water treatment plant site, and;
WHEREAS, it may be possible to sell some of this equipment;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS
THAT the Mayor be authorized and directed to execute any
documents and take any action as necessary to sell or otherwise
dispose of that equipment at the water treatment plant.

Per our telephone conversation of this date, Bay Chemical and Supply Company
agrees to trade one mixed truckload of alum and caustic soda for the dry
chemical auger owned but no longer being used by the City of Round Rock.
One truckload (approx. 50,000 lbs) will consist of 3400± gallons of 50%
Liquid Alum and 1000± gallons of 50% Caustic Soda. Quantity and pricing
are as follows:

Panel. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 1987
and then read aloud. Any bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be
