R-87-1071 - 12/10/1987WHEREAS, the City Council desires to partially release an easement located on the easterly portion of Lot 3, Block B, South Creek Subdivision, Section Nine, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a Partial Release of Public Utility Easement, a copy of said document being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
