easement located on the easterly portion of Lot 3, Block B, South
Creek Subdivision, Section Nine, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
THAT
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City a Partial Release of Public Utility Easement, a copy of
said document being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
purposes.

'public utility easement located on the easterly portion of Lot 3,
Block B, South Creek Subdivision, Section Nine, said easement being
described in a document recorded in Volume 1257, Page 684 - 686, Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas, hereby Partially Releases the
above- described easement as to the portion thereof described in
Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein.
But it is expressly agreed and understood that this is only a
Partial Release and the same shall in no wise release, affect, or
impair the easement rights against the remainder of the property in
said instrument mentioned.
