NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS That any and all language in the contract authorized by the Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas pursuant to Resolution 5218 on the i2th clay of May, I983. pertaining to commercial aria industrial service units, tne City's responsibility for billing and collecting those accounts and the percentage withholding applicable to the City's cost of pilling, collection and administration of commercial and industrial accounts shall oe deleted from said contract.
