These activities shall benefit one hundred fifty -one (151) persons, of which one hundred thirty -six (136) or ninety -one percent (91 %) are of low to moderate income. Contractor shall use the bid /contract process to complete these activities, utilizing One Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and no /100 Dollars ($107,650.00) of contract funds and Eighty -Two Thousand three Hundred Seventy -one and no /100 Dollars ($82,371.00) of local funds. STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Contractor shall construct three thousand two hundred twenty -five linear feet (3,225') of asphalt along East Main Street from Georgetown to Greenlawn Blvd., and one thousand one hundred twenty linear feet (1,120') of drainage concrete channel along Circle Drive to Brushy Creek. These activities shall benefit eighty -seven (87) persons, of which one hundred percent (100 %) are of low to moderate income.
