Provide ten percent of the cost of right of way clear of obstructions and free of cost to the State with acquisition procedures to be in accordance with policies of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and with applicable Federal and State laws governing the acquisition policies for acquiring real property. 2. Provide ten percent of the cost of utility adjustments as may be required in accordance with policies of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation. 3. Provide for the cost of construction of continuous curb and gutter, storm sewers, driveways and sidewalks, etc. in accordance with applicable governing policies and regulations of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation. Maintain that portion of the work which is its responsibility in accordance with present maintenance agreements. Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Minute Order by the City of Round Rock, IT IS ORDERED that the Engineer- Director is authorized to proceed in the most feasible and economical manner with project development to include any necessary agreements, right of way acquisition, utility adjustments, relocation assistance and reconstruction at an estimated cost to the Department of $1,958,000 to be funded from the 1988 -92 Urban System Program (Non -major Urbanized Areas). May 10, 1988 SUBJECT: Council Agenda, May 12, 1988 ITEM: 16D. Consider a resolution accepting provisions of State Highway Commission Minute Order for improvements to Loop 384. (South Mays). STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Joe Vining STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval. This resolution is required prior to May 27, 1988 or the minute order expires. This roadway construction is included as part of the C.I.P. in 1989. Construction is proposed for 1990. ECONOMIC IMPACT: The cost to the City of 10% of any right -of -way acquisition and 10% of the cost of utility relocation. The dollar value of this 10% cost sharing is not available at this time.
