DATE: November 21, 1988 SUBJECT: Council Agenda, November 22, 1988 ITEM: 8C. Consider a resolution removing restrictions placed on the Eling Rezoning (Ordinance No. 1178). This resolution will remove the need to acquire right of way for the widening of Logan Street from the Parcel located at the northwest corner of S. Mays Street and Logan Street. Present conditions make the acquisition of right of way at this location premature.
