R-88-1207 - 12/22/1988WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock accepted a Public Utility Easement from Crow - Gottesman - Shafer #22 and Pacific St. Leasing, Inc., said Easement recorded in Volume 1347, Page 625, Williamson County Deed Records, and WHEREAS, the City now wishes to release said Easement, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS That the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an instrument releasing said Easement, said instrument being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. The attached vacation of a Public Utility Easement in the Market At Round Rock requires Council approval due to the fact that the original easement was dedicated by instrument rather than plat. This easement is NOT required and has, in fact, been replaced by a revised easement which is recorded in Volume 1500, Page 353. All utility companies and the Public Works Department have approved the vacation of this unnecessary easement. ECONOMIC IMPACT: None
