R-89-1217 - 1/12/1989WHEREAS, the TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY desires to acquire from the City of Round Rock an easement for the location of electric supply line, and WHEREAS, the City is desirous of obtaining the advantages which will accrue to the City from the construction of said electric supply line, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an easement to Texas Utilities Electric Company for the construction of an electric supply line, said easement attached hereto and incorporated herein.
