Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for Community Services Restitution. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: SHARON PRETE STAFF RECOMMENDATION: ECONOMIC IMPACT: The Parks & Recreation Department and the Williamson County Juvenile Department wish to enter into an agreement which would allow juvenile offenders the opportunity to perform community service work. This restitution program is under the direct supervision of a Juvenile Department employee who would coordinate with a PARD employee. Staff recommends approval. This would allow PARD to use a volunteer force, supervised by another agency to accomplish projects which are often times set aside due to lack of manpower and time.
