exchange a future interest in favor of the City on a 1.00 acre tract

WHEREAS, the Old Settler's Association of Williamson County,
Texas, has submitted a Bid to Exchange approximately 70 acres in fee
simple of real property located in the P. A. Holder Survey,
Williamson County, Texas, for the above - described future interest,
Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
That the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City
the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto and incorporated herein
conveying said future interest to the OSA in exchange for a Warranty
Deed from OSA conveying to the City approximately 70 acres located in
the P. A. Holder Survey in Williamson County, Texas.

of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, being more
fully described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all
purposes;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD that future interest in favor of the Grantor
in the above - described premises, together with all and singular the
rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever; and Grantor binds
itself, its successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend all
and singular the future interest in favor of the Grantor in the
above - described premises unto said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same or any part thereof, by, through, or under it, but not
otherwise.
The consideration for the conveyance effected by this deed has
