A. Holder Survey, Williamson County, Texas, for the above - described future interest, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS That the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto and incorporated herein conveying said future interest to the OSA in exchange for a Warranty Deed from OSA conveying to the City approximately 70 acres located in the P.
