Consider a resolution waiving certain development fees for Texas Nuclear. STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Joe Vining STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The attached resolution provides for the waiving of certain development fees in conjunction with the relocation of Texas Nuclear to Round Rock. The specific fees to be waived include: Building Permit Landscape Road Improvement Oversize Inspection (Water /Wastewater) Water Meter & deposit Drainage ECONOMIC IMPACT: This relocation will establish 180 new jobs. The expected increase in our tax base is $3,200,000 with personal property valued at $4,800,000.
