COULTER, P.E. Civil Engineering Land Planning Construction Inspection Construction Administration Following is the estimated budget and description of tasks associated with the dedication of 170 acres of land to be transferred to the City of Round Rock by Franklin Capital Corporation in accordance with the Agreement dated March 31, 1989. a. Calculate proposed boundary. b. Clearly mark all corners and set iron rods one time. c. Prepare survey plat at 1" = 200' scale. d. Write field note description of tract. Budget: Hourly in accordance with Attachment No. 1 (Not to exceed $15,000,00) This budget is based on a boundary configuration as revised by Coulter Engineering and forwarded to Richard M. Phelps for approval. If the original boundary as shown on the "Development Plan" prepared by David Jensen Associates and dated August 11, 1989 is used, the budget will need to be increased by an amount not to exceed $5,000.00. This is due to the additional time required to stake curves as opposed to straight tangents. This amount also does not include marking lines between corners. The boundary survey plat and field notes will be complete within a maximum of four weeks of receipt of authorization to proceed and finalization of the boundary. This time frame also is based on a final boundary composed of straight lines. The Honorable Mike Robinson Mayor, City of Round Rock August 15, 1989 Page 2 Work will begin to secure a final boundary in order to proceed with surveying the 170 acres upon receipt of the signed authorization. If these conditions meet with your approval, please indicate by signing in the space provided below and returning one copy of this letter to me. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you and look forward to working together on this and future projects.
