The irrigation system for the City of Round Rock Golf Course has
been designed for optimum water o e efficiency. As can be seems from the
attached irrigation plans and specifications, good quality equipment is
optimally located by an Engineer. The ;rogation system will be operated
by profe golf course superintendents who utilise scientific
approaches to irrigation. Furthermore, a portion of the course will be
irrigated by means of groundwater. The water will be pumped into a small
pond and then into the irrigation system. The groundwater source can
supplement the surface water if required by drought.
