NE LAND, City Secretary
C- RS10269B
RESOLUTION NO. 137,,,
MIKE ROBINSON, Mayor
City of Round Rock, Texas
is hereby appointed
DATE: October 23, 1989
SUBJECT: City Council Agenda, October 26, 1989
ITEM: 8C. Consider a resolution appointing a member to the
Williamson County WCID Board.
STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Bob Bennett
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The WCID is made up of five members. The position that
Dan Johnson resigned has been filled by Robert Fritch.
The last legislature passed law that allows this particular
WCID to have two additional members that can vote only on regional
wastewater issues. Austin has the right to appoint one member and
Round Rock has the other appointments. Austin has appointed smoot
Carl- Mitchel to the WCID. Round Rock now needs to make a four year
appointment to this very important Board.
