in Old Settlers Park at Palm Valley.

STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
In keeping with the name of the park, Staff
recammends that all streets be named in honor
of men and warren who have made a significant
contribution to Round Rock and Williamson County.
Street #1 Walton Way - Vernon Walton, Presi-
dent of the Old Settlers Association
was instrumental in the acquisition
of the park site.
Street #2 Harrell Parkway - Maggie and T. M.
Harrell donated the land for the
original Old Settlers Park. Also,
J. M. Harrell was one of the prominent
surveyors of Williamson County.
Street #3
Aten Loop - Frank Aten was the
founder and Charter Member of the
Williamson County Old Settlers
Association, and served as its
President for twenty -four years.
